At 1 Hair Stop, we strive for perfection in every strand, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy on all unused products within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all hair extensions must be returned in their original packaging with the security seal intact.
Return Process

Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange, or contact our support team directly via email.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Ensure the hair extensions have not been worn, washed, or altered, and that the golden security ties remain attached to the bundle for approval.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the product in its original box along with the invoice and ship it to our warehouse using a reliable courier service with tracking enabled.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once our quality control team verifies the product's condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
